Founded by Sara and Liz in 2019, Gluten Free Fest started as a celebration of the local gluten free commuhity in Waterloo Region. Six years later it's grown into the area's biggest day for celiac and gluten intolerant guests. A place where you can sample, ask questions, and shop without worrying about a single label.
