This traditional Ukrainian/Russian soup glows with a ruby red colour of julienned beets. Served to families on traditional holidays but can be enjoyed anytime.
 
Ingredients: Beets, Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Potatoes, Cabbage, Apples, Balsamic Vinegar, Caraway Seeds and Beef Broth
